The purpose of the PTA is to provide programs that enhance educational
opportunities for children, teachers and the community. The PTA provides a structure
where parents can have a voice in the school system. The PTA provides advocacy for
all children in the Lincoln Public Schools. The PTA provides a link between parent and
teacher communities, and enhances communication among all elements of the school
system and broader community.
